Metrik was founded by two siblings, and around them grew a team of young interdisciplinary professionals. We don't come from the agency world — we come from running companies. Each of us brings a different discipline, but we share the same way of working: understand how the business runs first, then build the software that automates it. That's why what we build tends to hold up, whatever the industry.
That way of working isn't a slogan — we learned it operating. We own a wireless ISP, and when margins tightened we got very good at automating operations to survive. Metrik Radar, the support automation, the events platform — everything started by solving our own problems, and today we offer it to any company with the same problem, whatever the industry.
HOW WE'RE SET UP
Metrik LLC is a US company (Wyoming), which is how we invoice internationally — in USD. That's a billing fact, not a pretend office. The work happens where we do.
