Context
Manual reconciliation of bank movements against the accounting system was slow and error-prone.
What we built
An automation (n8n + JSON-RPC into Odoo) that processes bank files, identifies clients, detects duplicates, creates accounting entries, and summarizes unmatched movements for review.
Results
Reconciliation that used to be manual now runs as a pipeline, with humans only reviewing the exceptions.
