Context
BBL already brought the network to live events. The opportunity was to capture the operation on top of the connectivity.
What we built
A multi-tenant platform (Laravel, PostgreSQL with row-level security) with digital bars and orders, QR access, split payments straight to the promoter, captive-portal integration on MikroTik/RADIUS, and full observability — with 450+ tests and documented architecture decisions.
Results
Built and run at real events. Funds go directly to the promoter; the platform never holds the money. Designed to be licensed to other connectivity providers.
