Context
A consulting firm’s method for diagnosing client maturity worked one paid engagement at a time. Their expertise couldn’t reach the prospects who weren’t ready to buy yet.
What we built
A multi-tenant assessment platform — a structured questionnaire with server-side branching, deterministic scoring with locked golden tests (the AI writes the report, never the score), three-layer benchmarks, and a branded PDF sent from the firm’s own email. Stack: Next.js, FastAPI, PostgreSQL + pgvector, Claude with closed RAG.
Results
Live in production with two consulting firms, each fully white-labeled. Adding a new firm is onboarding — brand, questions, benchmarks — not development. Every completed assessment is a qualified lead with a professional report attached.
